Day of Action Against the Coca-Cola Company
Tuesday, March 27, 2007, all day
On Tuesday, March 27 campuses around North America will give a further prompt to the Coca-Cola Company to change its labour practices abroad. Campaigns will be bringing the issue home to their university communities and working to support an international boycott against the company.
Join in to fight for human rights, telling as many people as you can and inviting more to this event!
“If campuses don’t react swiftly by cutting ties with Coca-Cola, then we are complicit in the kidnapping, torture, and murder of workers in Colombia.”
“We cannot allow our campus administrators to cover for the Coca-Cola company, making closed-door deals over the will of the student body and over the will of workers’ bodies.”
