The FreeSchool presents its first workshop entitled: “Behind the Microphone: Taking a Critical Look at Media and Building Alternatives” in the Wilson Room at the Downtown Public Library (130 Johnson)
Participate in a critical discussion about the media you consume and in a hands on component of producing your own media.
FreeSchool is a new alternative education project in Kingston, which strives to address how traditional classroom situations can marginalize or exclude some students due to learning needs, individual experiences and more.
